Poarch Law Successful on Appeal in Board of Alien Labor Certification Case

Poarch Law was successful on appeal in Matter of Seven Oaks Landscapes, where the Board of Alien Labor Certification held that 20 CFR 656.10(d) does not require proof of the posting dates of the notice of filing and stated that the affirmation regarding notice of filing on the ETA 9089 is sufficient.
