Maggie Riley


Maggie Riley is an immigration advocate who is essential to Amaryllis Law’s removal team. She manages cases such as asylum, cancellation of removal, and bond defense. She also assists in affirmative interviews for asylum, family based immigration remedies, and naturalization.

Maggie is passionate about helping people navigate the immigration system with clarity and confidence. She has spent the last several years supporting families, individuals, and vulnerable communities through a wide range of immigration matters—from green cards and waivers to asylum and humanitarian protection.

Maggie’s work has always centered on clear communication, compassion, and practical support for people going through complex legal processes.

Maggie is passionate about helping people navigate the immigration system with clarity and confidence. She has spent the last several years supporting families, individuals, and vulnerable communities through a wide range of immigration matters—from green cards and waivers to asylum and humanitarian protection.

Before joining Amaryllis Law, Maggie worked with nonprofits and legal tech organizations focused on making immigration law more accessible. Her work has always centered on clear communication, compassion, and practical support for people going through complex legal processes.

Maggie earned her law degree from the University of Washington in Seattle and is licensed in the state of Washington. She now lives in Roanoke, Virginia.

Outside of work, you can usually find her in the garden, testing a new recipe, or heading for the mountains with a backpack. She also has a deep love for old cars, vintage furniture, and anything with a little history and character.
