Hannah Overstreet is an immigration attorney who specializes in juvenile cases and removal proceedings. She is dedicated to serving the people of her community and is guided by the belief that empathy and compassion are the foundations of effective representation. Hannah is devoted to helping clients navigate the U.S. immigration system and strives to make the immigration process accessible and manageable to all clients.

Hannah was born and raised in Bedford, Virginia. She graduated from Randolph College with a double major in Communication Studies and Philosophy. At Randolph College, she was captain of the Women’s soccer team. Hannah has a Juris Doctor degree from Liberty University School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Virginia. In addition to immigration law, Hannah has experience working in family law and criminal law. She has always had a strong sense of justice and passion for advocacy.

When she is not working, Hannah loves spending time with her family, friends, and her cat, Mac. She also loves playing soccer, traveling, and reading books.
