Austen Soare
Austen is excited to be joining Amaryllis Law, where he will contribute to our team of dedicated legal advocates. Born and raised in Becker, Minnesota, Austen is the youngest of three brothers.
Austen’s passion for helping others has guided his career path. He has worked with several nonprofit organizations, including the Central Minnesota Mental Health Center and the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota. Additionally, he served on the board of the Borromeo Legal Project, which provides pro bono legal services to individuals seeking U.S. citizenship. The principles Austen learned through these experiences continue to shape his approach to private practice.
Before joining Amaryllis Law, Austen worked as an immigration attorney at the Law Office of James Montana, where he handled a wide range of cases. He has represented clients in various immigration matters, including employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian cases. Austen also has significant courtroom experience, gained both at the Public Defender’s Office and as an immigration attorney advocating for individuals in removal proceedings.
Outside of work, Austen enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and indulging in a variety of cuisines. A passionate sports fan, he follows the Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Vikings. Austen believes that the keys to a fulfilling life are laughter, joy, and finding meaning in every day.
